How to Install kcachegrind software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

kcachegrind software package provides visualisation tool for the Valgrind profiler, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install kcachegrind

kcachegrind is installed in your system.

Make ensure the kcachegrind package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kcachegrind *

You will get with kcachegrind package name, version, architecture and description in a table
